Join our team as a Mechanical Field Service Representative (FSR) for small gas turbines! In this exciting role, you will perform mechanical field service activities, including inspections, maintenance, overhauls, troubleshooting, and commissioning at customer sites. You will ensure safe execution and high customer satisfaction while collaborating with various teams. How You’ll Make an Impact
  • Perform mechanical maintenance, inspections, repairs, and overhauls on small gas turbines and auxiliaries.
  • Execute minor and major inspections, including disassembly, assembly, alignment, and clearance measurements.
  • Carry out installation and commissioning activities for gas turbine packages and auxiliary systems.
  • Conduct troubleshooting and root cause analysis of mechanical issues during operation and outages.
  • Interpret and apply Siemens Energy technical documentation, drawings, procedures, and service bulletins.
What You Bring
  • Technical education in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent (technical college/vocational education acceptable).
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience as a Mechanical Field Service Representative on gas turbines.
  • Proven experience in mechanical assembly/disassembly of gas turbines.
  • Solid understanding of gas turbine mechanical systems and auxiliaries.
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills, with the ability to read and understand technical drawings and manuals.
  • Willingness to travel extensively, work shifts and commissioning campaigns, and meet physical and medical site requirements (English required; Russian is a plus)
