A Snapshot of Your Day
The Demand Planning Professional is responsible for forecasting customer demand, managing inventory levels, and ensuring that the supply chain operates efficiently to meet business objectives. This role involves analyzing market trends, collaborating with various departments, and utilizing data-driven insights to optimize inventory management and improve service levels. The Demand Planning Professional plays a critical role in balancing supply and demand to minimize costs while maximizing customer satisfaction.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts using statistical methods, historical data, and market analysis.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure optimal stock levels to meet customer demand while minimizing excess inventory.
- Implement inventory control measures to reduce stockouts and overstock situations.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment on demand planning strategies and objectives.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements in demand planning and inventory management.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or 10+ years of experience in related field preferred.
- Proven experience in demand planning, inventory management, or supply chain management.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, forecasting software).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
