A Snapshot of Your Day
As Manufacturing Engineer you would be focuses on designing, developing, and implementing new or revised processes for assembling the component parts and subassemblies required for a finished product including:
- Designing the sequence of assembly operations and the arrangement of equipment for automatic parts selection, fastening (e.g., riveting, welding, screw driving, applying adhesives, etc.), labeling, sorting, and packaging.
- Performing quality inspections and functional tests on assembled goods.
- Overseeing the installation, operation, and maintenance of assembly equipment.
- Monitoring the rate of assembly and finished goods inventory to identify and resolve issues impacting achievement of cost, quality, or production targets.

- Mentor other engineers to look for areas of opportunity for improvement of value-added activities.
- Responsibility to comply and/or enforce compliance with current integrated management system protocols, policies, guidelines and competencies (EHS, Quality).
What You Bring
- Bachelor's in electrical, Electronic, Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering.
- Professional Experience 5-7 years in Manufacturing Industries.
- Preferred Industry: Electrical, Automotive or Metalworking.
- Technical Knowledge on Electricity (Transformers), Planning, Logistic, Project Development and Management.
- Core Tools & Lean Manufacturing.
- Six Sigma Certification.
- Design Tools.
- Root Cause Analysis.
- SAP.
- Advanced English
- German B1 [Desirable].
- Availability to Travel. Change of residence is indispensable for the position.

This area is responsible for the engineering and technical operations of the organization, managing or performing scientific research and development, as well as studying the structure and behavior of the natural world. Activities include undertaking research, design, and development activities to improve the organization's products and services; designing, constructing, testing and operating equipment; ensuring that standards of quality, cost, safety, reliability, timeliness and performance are met in production processes; interpreting plans, drawings and specifications; developing and testing theories on the physical, chemical, and/or biological properties of materials and ingredients under various conditions; scientific research or quality testing in a laboratory environment; researching the environmental effects of the organization's activities; and studying the physical structure, characteristics and processes of the Earth
