As a Lead Frontend Developer, you will take ownership of frontend architecture and technical direction across mobile and web applications. You will work in a cross-functional environment to deliver modern, scalable, and high-quality digital products that create real customer value.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Lead the design and development of modern, scalable frontend architectures using Flutter/Dart, React/JavaScript, with several C# components in the backend. Drive technical decisions and ensure high engineering standards across projects
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Designers, Backend Engineers, and DevOps teams to translate UI/UX concepts into responsive, high-performance, and reusable frontend components
- Establish and enforce best practices in code quality, testing, documentation, and CI/CD while mentoring developers, and fostering a culture of technical excellence
- Optimize performance across platforms (web, mobile, cross-platform) ensuring seamless integration with RESTful APIs, GraphQL services, and third-party libraries
- Contribute to frontend strategy, tooling decisions, and framework evolution
- Stay current with emerging frontend technologies and drive continuous improvement
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field with longstanding experience in software development, including architecture responsibilities
- Proven experience leading frontend development in complex application environments with strong architectural thinking and system design skills
- Ability to guide and mentor frontend engineers. Proactive problem-solver with an ownership mindset, comfortable in agile, collaborative environments
- Strong expertise in React/JavaScript and Flutter/Dart, with experience in building complex, scalable web and mobile applications. Deep understanding of state management
- Solid knowledge of RESTful APIs, JSON, and third-party integrations, together with experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (Git), along with familiarity with cloud environments (AWS or similar platforms) and container technologies (Docker, Podman, Kubernetes)
- Understanding of cross-platform development (Flutter Web, React Native) and experience with testing frameworks (Flutter Test, Mockito, Jest, React Testing Library)
