A Snapshot of Your Day: you will support to local HR team in different projects and activities. 

How you make an impact:
  • Knowledgeable and trains colleagues regarding human resources procedures.
  • Replaces team members as needed within the limits of competencies according to received instructions.
  • Participates in the smooth execution of local human resources processes (onboarding, compensation and benefits, performance monitoring, learning and development, delegations, personnel administration, etc.) through tasks assigned by the project coordinator. 
  • Ensures results are achieved within set deadlines, either independently or in collaboration with other colleagues, as applicable. 
  • Adheres to established procedures and workflows and proposes ideas for improvement. 
  • Provides support for HRBP in various centralizations, translations, presentations, transcriptions, organization of workshops, etc. 
  • Updates and maintains the accuracy of various employee databases according to requests from the project coordinator and HR Director.

What You Bring:

  • Completed studies or at the master’s level; 
  • Previous experience in HR (ideally 2-3 years); 
  • Timely and solution-focused;
  • Being a responsible and collaborative team member;
  • Microsoft Excel – intermediate level; 
  • Fluent in English; 
  • Flexible and open to new ideas; 
  • Availability to work from the office 4 days a week.
