Snapshot of Your Day
As a Working Student in the Planning team within Offshore Wind Power Construction, you'll support the team in making data-driven decisions that improve resource planning and project execution. Your day will involve working with project and personnel data, preparing datasets for analysis, developing Power BI reports and dashboards, and collaborating with planners to turn data into meaningful insights. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in business intelligence while contributing to the successful delivery of offshore wind projects.

How You'll Make an Impact
  • Collect, consolidate, and prepare project and personnel data from multiple internal sources.
  • Clean, validate, and structure datasets to ensure high data quality and consistency.
  • Develop, update, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports that support planning activities.
  • Create clear visualizations that provide insights into resource planning, site staffing, and project execution.
  • Respond to ad hoc reporting requests by extracting, analyzing, and presenting relevant data.
  • Support the automation and continuous improvement of reporting processes and data management practices.

What You Bring
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Economics, Mathematics, or another quantitative discipline.
  • A strong analytical mindset and an interest in data management, reporting, and business intelligence.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and a willingness to develop skills in Power BI, Power Apps, and related data tools.
  • Experience with data analysis through university projects, internships, or personal initiatives is an advantage; prior professional experience is not required.
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate insights effectively.
  • Eagerness to learn, collaborate in an international environment, and contribute to data-driven decision-making.
