A Snapshot of Your Day

You will join our rapidly growing Grid Technology Service (GT SV) team as a Junior Project Financial Controller. In this role, you will be responsible for processing orders, overseeing the commercial aspects of those orders, entering data, managing invoicing, and implementing targets related to sales, earnings, and functional costs.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• You will be responsible for the processing of orders, commercial management of orders, order entry, commercial processing and invoicing, implementation of targets (sales, earnings, functional costs, etc.).
• Close cooperation with the sales department and project management.
• Support monthly project forecasting activities and conduct follow-ups of project results, reporting of new orders, invoicing.
• cooperation with service technicians and settlement of service working hours.
• Prepare documentation for customer invoicing and follow up on payments.
• Manage risks and implement mitigation measures for assigned projects.
• Responsible for evaluating the commercial aspects of budgetary and firm offers, in close collaboration with the SV Sales department.
• Monitor, control, and report on project costs, assets, and cash flow, identifying deviations and proposing corrective actions while maintaining auditable documentation.
• Lead all commercial aspects of customer requirements, including bid terms, tax, currency concepts, and financial securities, while ensuring compliance with internal guidelines.

What You Bring

• Degree in Business Administration or Accounting/Finance or equivalent professional qualification.
• At least 2 years working experience in Business administration function or administration (Commercial Project/Sales/Bid or Controlling).
• Very good English language skills (B2-level), proficiency in Polish is a must
• Analyzing skills, accuracy.
• Attention to details and focus on quality results.
• Proficiency in computer and software applications such as MS Office and SAP experience would be beneficial.
• An open-minded approach, proactive attitude, resilience, and self-motivation.
• Effective communication skills.
