We are currently seeking a Lean & Industrial Professional to improve process operations in Large Power Transformer production. This role continuously initiates, develops, supports and coaches lean activities and process optimizations. Requires a strong commitment to continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will drive kaizens and process optimization in collaboration with supervisors, process engineers and technicians across the areas. How you’ll make an impact

  • Defining standard time and standard work for all processes under your responsibility.
  • Consulting operations staff, and accountable management in lean topics, and drives lean opportunities performing kaizens in the defined area of responsibility. Evaluating costs/benefits and oversees its’ roll out.
  • Deploying lean standards, describing methods and processes and implementing VSM in coordination with process engineers and supervisors.
  • Analyzing processes or disruptions, identifies weak points, develops solutions and supports implementation.
  • Monitoring and tracking improvement, triggered by Lean programs, and provides respective reporting to all stakeholders.
  • Participating in work groups/projects, educating supervisors and technicians in lean concepts (lean academy implementation), and moderating meetings and workshops.

What You Bring

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering.
  • Experience: Minimum 1 years' experience in manufacturing processes.
  • Technical Expertise: Project development, Times and Movements analysis, Core Tools, Kaizen and Lean Manufacturing.
  • Systems Knowledge: Familiarity with Microsoft 365 (Visio) & MindManager.
  • Leadership & Soft Skills: Communication, analysis, take decisions, teamwork, collaborative and results-driven.
  • Culture & Mobility: Adaptative culture with willingness to travel occasionally and relocate for the position.
