A Snapshot of Your Day

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated IT Project Assistant with an intermediate knowledge on IT field to join our fast-growing company. As an IT employee, you will assist to the IT team and project manager as well as cooperate with the 3^rd party service provider. Your responsibility is to work closely with international IT stakeholder ensuring the smooth project execution. Your main tasks are monitoring the progress of the project report, actual status and work on the fixing of the possible issues. If you are a proactive person with open mindset and a passion for learning further professional cognition, we want you on our team!

How You’ll Make an Impact

●       Performing daily monitoring of the project execution

●       Support with the preparation of project plans.

●       Management of the project office.

●       Work together with IT professionals (internal/external)

●       Preparation and follow-up of meetings and presentations

●       Applying and meet cybersecurity policies.

●       Cultivate a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the team.

What You Bring 

●       Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field

●       Minimum 5 years’ experience in project management

●       Industry knowledge

●       Demonstrated ability in the usage of various software.

●       Good communication skills, with the ability to work together a diverse team of experts.

●       A high level of personal responsibility and self-discipline

●       Analytical skills.

●       Intermediate command of English language
