A Snapshot of Your Day

As an IT Support Specialist, you’ll be the first point of contact for technical support across both office and project environments. Your day will include troubleshooting hardware and software issues, onboarding new employees, and collaborating with internal teams and external vendors. You’ll play a key role in maintaining system efficiency, resolving user requests, and contributing to IT improvement initiatives. The position starts as a 12-month employment contract with strong potential for extension based on performance and business needs.


How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Provide hands-on technical support for hardware, software, and printers
  • Install, configure, and update operating systems and applications
  • Assist users via phone, email, and in person with technical issues
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and access requests
  • Document and follow up on IT support tasks using our planner tool
  • Collaborate with IT colleagues and vendors on system upgrades and optimizations


What You Bring

  • Relevant experience in IT support or a similar technical role
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
  • Fluent in English and Danish, with excellent communication skills
  • Familiarity with Microsoft and cloud services (e.g., AWS)
  • Ability to work independently and in a team, with flexibility to support both office and remote setups
  • Educational background in IT, Computer Science or related field is a plus, but strong hands-on experience is prioritized

You’ll be part of the IT Support function supporting Siemens Energy. The team ensures that employees and project sites are equipped with the right IT tools and systems to operate efficiently.
