A Snapshot of Your Day 

We need an IT Service Manager (m/f/d) to take on the role of Global Vice Service Owner for our Global Master Data Governance (MDG) IT service. The Global Vice Service Owner will ensure stable service operations, structured demand and enhancement handling, vendor coordination, financial compliance, and consistent alignment with Siemens Energy governance standards.

How You’ll Make an Impact 
  • Ensure stable MDG service operations, adherence to SLAs, and alignment with governance and documentation standards.
  • Manage demand intake, refinement, prioritization, and steer small improvements as well as small–medium projects.
  • Monitor risks, resolve scope gaps, coordinate testing, documentation, and transport execution.
  • Collaborate closely with Release Management, Test Management, Enterprise Architecture, Scrum teams, and stakeholders across SE/SGRE.
  • Oversee financial processes including budget estimation, cost allocation, WBS usage, cross-charging, and monthly timesheet validation.
  • Drive continuous improvement by ensuring quality gates, test criteria, and transport requirements, and enhancing processes and service documentation.
What You Bring
  • A Master's degree or higher in Information Technology or related fields, 
  • Several years of experience in IT service management, application operations, or data governance, ideally with SAP MDG.
  • Strong understanding of ITIL processes, incident/change management, and Agile delivery frameworks.
  • Proven ability to manage demands, enhancements, and small to medium-sized projects in a global environment.
  • Solid financial acumen, including budget estimation, cost allocation, and WBS management.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across business and IT teams.
  • Structured, proactive, and solution-oriented working style with strong analytical and problem solving abilities.
