A Snapshot of Your Day
As a Hub Manager, your day begins with a safety briefing and a review of ongoing operations across multiple wind turbine sites in Korea. You’ll lead a dynamic service team, ensuring zero harm and high-quality execution of maintenance activities. Your schedule includes meetings for planning, updates with collaborators, and evaluations of performance to ensure contractual obligations are met. Whether you're mentoring your team, optimizing resource allocation, or resolving operational challenges, your focus remains on delivering profitable, safe, and customer-centric service operations. Expect to be hands-on, mobile, and deeply involved in driving Korea’s energy transition forward.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Lead and manage multiple wind turbine service sites across Korea, ensuring operational excellence and alignment with SGRE standards.
- Champion a strong safety culture, driving zero harm initiatives and compliance with EHS regulations.
- Deliver profitable site operations by optimizing cost, quality, and resource utilization.
- Act as the primary customer interface for contract execution, ensuring satisfaction through clear communication and performance reporting.
- Identify and mitigate risks while improving opportunities across all phases of service delivery.
- Ensure full compliance with contractual obligations, driving accountability and transparency across teams.
What You Bring
- Proven experience managing complex service or maintenance projects, ideally in wind energy or similar industries.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, mentor, and develop high-performing teams.
- Expertise in planning, budgeting, and resource management across multiple sites.
- Excellent customer management and communication skills in both Korean and English.
- Ability to travel extensively and adapt quickly to dynamic operational environments.
- Solid understanding of contract execution, risk mitigation, and issue resolution strategies.
