- Lead the mapping, harmonization, and optimization of Headcount Controlling & Reporting processes, ensuring full compliance with Siemens Energy reporting standards.
- Advance automation and digitalization to build a transparent, scalable, and insight - driven Headcount Reporting landscape.
- Coordinate the implementation and ongoing enhancement of Headcount reporting solutions (COIN, Power BI, SAC, Alteryx), including the development of reliable data models and dashboards in close partnership with the DPS team.
- Deliver deep - dive analytics on headcount trends, clusters, and allocations (e.g., Functional Area reporting) at Grid Technologies level, providing clear, decision - relevant insights to management.
- Serve as the central point of contact for Headcount Reporting in Grid Technologies, working closely with HR and other stakeholders to ensure high data quality and consistent monthly reporting.
- University degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or a related field, combined with long-term experience in Controlling/Finance, ideally in an international or shared service environment.
- Strong analytical and process-mapping skills with a solution-oriented mindset and affinity for handling large data sets, including Headcount Reporting Standards.
- Hands-on experience with modern analytics and reporting tools such as Power BI, SAP Analytics Cloud, Alteryx, or similar.
- High motivation, learning agility, and strong drive to take ownership in a high-performing, international team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration across functions and cultures.
- Business fluency in English; German language skills are an advantage.
