- Define and communicate the EQS strategy aligned with Siemens Energy’s vision, fostering a “Zero Harm and Quality First” mindset while leading cross-functional collaboration to achieve EHS and Quality goals
- Develop and deploy the global EQS strategy, integrating sustainability and ESG considerations to support Siemens Energy’s decarbonization and corporate responsibility objectives
- Champion the Zero Harm culture, ensuring compliance with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards, and lead the continuous improvement of the EHS Management System to meet corporate and legal requirements
- Oversee incident investigations and root cause analyses, implementing corrective actions to reduce the Total Recordable Incident Rate (TRIR) and drive operational excellence
- Drive digitalization within EQS through data-driven performance monitoring, predictive analytics, and sharing global best practices to enhance efficiency
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders, engage and coach employees to strengthen safety and quality awareness, and develop training programs that meet global EQS competency requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Environmental Science, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
- Proven leadership experience in EHS, Quality, or related functions within industrial or construction environments
- Recognized safety certifications (e.g., OSHA, NEBOSH, ISO Lead Auditor)
- Strong expertise in incident investigation, root cause analysis, and risk management as well as Hands-on experience in large-scale, international, or cross-functional project environments
- Excellent communication and influencing skills across all organizational levels
- Willingness to travel
