- Lead the Project Services department, guiding experts in design, project controls, contract management, data management, quantity surveying, and governance to ensure excellence in project delivery.
- Define and maintain governance frameworks, standards, and tools to drive consistency, compliance, and quality across all construction projects.
- Oversee the full project lifecycle — from concept and planning through execution and handover — ensuring targets for budget, schedule, quality, safety, and sustainability are met.
- Drive cost optimization and innovation by challenging conventional design and execution approaches to deliver efficient, modular, and sustainable solutions.
- Manage contract and claim processes, ensuring effective negotiation, compliance, and proactive risk mitigation.
- Champion digital transformation through integrated data environments, advanced reporting tools, and digital design practices (e.g., BIM, digital twin, ACC), while fostering knowledge sharing and capability building across global teams.
- Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in managing large-scale industrial construction projects, with deep knowledge of construction contracts and CAPEX/OPEX optimization.
- Strong technical and strategic understanding of industrial design, project governance, and cost efficiency.
- Proven leadership experience in international, matrixed environments, empowering diverse teams to deliver high-quality results.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills; fluent in English, with German and Portuguese as advantages.
- Highly collaborative, innovative, and sustainability-focused leader with a structured, pragmatic, and solution-oriented mindset.
