A Snapshot of Your Day

As the Head Portfolio Director for Advanced Inspection Services, you will own the end-to-end portfolio strategy with full P&L accountability. Your day will balance strategic market analysis, data-driven decision-making, and close collaboration with product development, marketing, and commercial teams. You will focus on driving profitable growth, ensuring the portfolio remains competitive, customer-centric, and effectively executed from concept through commercialization.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Own and optimize the Advanced Inspection Services portfolio P&L, driving revenue growth, profitability, and ROI.
• Analyze market opportunities, industry trends, competitor positioning, and customer buying behavior to identify growth levers.
• Define and execute portfolio, pricing, and commercialization strategies that maximize customer and business value.
• Partner cross-functionally with product development, engineering, and marketing to embed customer needs into product design and positioning.
• Lead new product and service launches, as well as the ongoing expansion and enhancement of the existing portfolio.
• Monitor portfolio performance and customer feedback to continuously improve offerings and deliver short- to mid-term business results

What You Bring

• Proven experience managing product or service portfolios with full P&L responsibility.
• Strong analytical skills to assess market dynamics, profitability, and demand forecasts.
• Experience leading go-to-market, pricing, and commercialization strategies.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across technical, commercial, and marketing organizations.
• Customer-focused mindset with a track record of driving incremental improvements and portfolio growth.
• Strong leadership, communication, and executive-level influencing skills.
