A Snapshot of Your Day
In this role, you will serve as the HR Services and Payroll expert for the Colombia Cluster within the Latin America HR Hub. You will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end HR operations and payroll governance across Colombia and selected countries in the region, ensuring compliance, operational excellence, and a seamless employee experience. Working closely with HR, Finance, employees, business leaders, and external vendors, you will drive process improvements, manage key projects, ensure data integrity, and provide strategic guidance on HR services and payroll matters. Your expertise will be essential in maintaining compliance, optimizing processes, and supporting regional business objectives.
How You’ll Make an Impact
• Oversee end-to-end HR Services and payroll operations for the Colombia Cluster, ensuring accuracy, compliance, efficiency, and a high-quality employee experience.
• Act as the primary point of contact for HR Services and payroll topics, managing escalations and providing guidance to employees, managers, and stakeholders.
• Manage outsourced vendors, ensuring service excellence, compliance, issue resolution, and adherence to established service level agreements.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws, payroll regulations, company policies, and statutory obligations across the assigned countries.
• Lead HR operational and payroll-related projects, driving process standardization, continuous improvement, digitalization, and operational excellence initiatives.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity in Workday and other HR systems while leveraging analytics and reporting to support decision-making and compliance.
What You Bring
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in HR Operations, HR Services, Payroll, Payroll Governance, or a similar role supporting multiple countries within a regional environment.
• Strong knowledge of Colombian payroll processes, labor legislation, tax regulations, social security requirements, and compliance obligations.
• Experience managing third-party payroll and HR service providers, including governance, audits, performance monitoring, and service delivery management.
• Advanced English (written and spoken) with strong communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency with Workday, Microsoft 365, Copilot, and HR digitalization tools, combined with a strong analytical, tech-driven, and continuous improvement mindset.
