The HR Business Partner (HRBP) acts as a strategic link between the Human Resources and Business Units. Its main objective is to align our people strategy called People Agenda with the business strategies to achieve organizational objectives in the new Leon, Gto. Factory.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Talent Attraction and Retention by actively collaborating with the recruitment and development team.
• Provide strategic advice to Factory leaders on effective leadership and people management practices.
• Facilitate performance management processes and support Managers in the evaluation and development of their teams.
• Support Managers in the development processes of their employees.
• Define strategic plans related to people to support business growth.
• Work in conjunction with Factory Management on Engagement Surveys, Inclusion and Diversity strategies and new ways of working to build the Best Place to Work.
• Develop and update HR policies in line with the needs of the business.
• Support and lead organizational change initiatives.
• Guarantee adherence to local regulations and internal HR policies.

What You Bring

• Education: University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a similar role.
• English: Advance level
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to think strategically and align HR goals with broader organizational goals.
• Ability to identify and resolve conflicts quickly and optimally way.
• Ability to lead and empower factory teams.
• Deep knowledge of HR practices and policies.
• Analysis of HR data to generate reports to support strategic decision making.
• Deep understanding of applicable labor laws and regulations.
• Ability to plan, complete and supervise HR projects, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met.
• Familiarity with technology tools, HR software, Artificial Intelligence.
