| A Snapshot of Your Day Join our Sales Distributed Team within Siemens Energy Gas Services as a Client Manager. Within the Sales Distributed North Andina / Peru, we are strategic partners to customers from the Oil & Gas, power generation, and industrial sectors. Projects where you will be involved are one of the largest and most complex projects based in the importance in the Gas / Energy business. This is a highly networked role that requires an ability to work under pressure and to challenge deadlines. This position requires professionals managing strategic relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs are translated into profitable and sustainable energy solutions. You will oversee the commercial performance of your customer portfolio, aligning decisions with profitability targets and budget compliance. You will also participate in high-level negotiations, leading value propositions that position Siemens Energy as a trusted partner for your customers. Your role directly connects the client's vision with internal execution, driving growth and loyalty. How You’ll Make an Impact ● Commercial reference for key clients in the gas services area, managing strategic relationships and ensuring their long-term satisfaction. ● Leading the planning and execution of commercial initiatives, aligned with the client's financial and technical objectives, maximizing the value of the service portfolio. ● Responsible for the development and performance of all sales activities steps in assigned customer accounts across the product portfolio to deliver profitable growth. ● Completion of all pre-acquisition activities to Sales Handover covering all commercial, sales, and marketing aspects. ● Establish plans and strategies to expand the customer base within the assigned region. ● Strategically deliver orders and sales through the customer relationship management tool. ● Formulate, establish, and implement long-term strategies and tactical sales plans to achieve growth in the territory. What You Bring ● Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, or a related field. ● Minimum of 5 years of experience in key account management, sales, project management in the Oil and Gas / Energy sector. ● Strong understanding of the Oil and gas / energy industry dynamics. ● Proficiency in digital tools and CRM systems for efficient customer relationship management, opportunity tracking, and budget control ● Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing key accounts. ● Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and proficiency in Spanish and HIGH English level. About the Team Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators.
