A Snapshot of Your Day

We are seeking a meticulous and detailed Full stack developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and an attention to detail, ensuring that our software products meet the highest standards of quality and functionality before they reach our clients.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using.NET or Python for the backend and Flutter or React for the frontend.
  • Build adaptable, user-friendly works with clean and intuitive designs.
  • Collaborate with multi-functional teams to capture requirements and deliver high-quality solutions. Design and develop RESTful APIs and integrate them with frontend components.
  • Optimize application performance, scalability, and security across the stack. Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code and unit test cases for both backend and frontend systems.
  • Tackle and debug sophisticated technical issues across the stack. Stay updated on the latest trends in software development and implement standard processes.
  • Code review and Merge request review of fellow team members and sharing knowledge with them

What You Bring

  • 8-10 years of experience as a full-stack developer. Expertise in backend development using .NET or Python. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in computer science or related field. Experience working with multicultural and multinational team
  • Proficiency in frontend technologies with Flutter or React. Strong understanding of RESTful API design and integration. Proven knowledge of database systems (SQL and NoSQL).
  • Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
  • Experience end to end docker based configuration and deployment is a plus. Strong problem-solving skills with a strategic approach. Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
  • Passion for building end-to-end solutions that are scalable and user-friendly. Ability to learn new languages or frameworks quickly.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. Self-motivated individual with a strong sense of ownership. Experience in implementing CI/CD pipelines. Understanding of Design patterns is a plus

In the central Digital Products and Solutions (DPS) organization, our Software Application and Engineering department is responsible for developing software solutions for both internal and external customers.

In DPS, our software products already cover a wide range of categories, and we see many opportunities for growth: Asset Performance Management, Energy Management, Asset Monitoring, Asset Health Prediction, Customer Portal & AI-assisted Applications, Connectivity & Edge, Backend Core / Domain / Platform Services, and Professional Services.
