A Snapshot of Your Day

On a typical day, you start with a review of incoming issues from the Gas Turbine fleet in operation and the assessments given. You later connect the information with the corresponding sensor and operational data and analyse if correlations stand out. After overseeing the data feed into our databases, you update performance versus estimates comparisons and create new data points for the consolidated Fleet Feedback. This is subsequently discussed with your partners, and you collect new requirements and focus areas. To round-up your day, you get informed about Design, Manufacturing, Repair and other operational updates.

How You’ll Make an Impact
  • Monitoring of the operation of the Gas Turbines Fleet, with an initial focus on Blades & Vanes technical issues and data gathering to create statistical analyses and establishment of potential correlations to operation conditions, manufacturing, and design aspects
  • Tracking the condition-based technical assessments provided by the operation support team to establishment of a ranking related to technical and commercial impact of individual issues
  • Alignment with partner organizations of technical priorities with higher business impact to the analysis
  • Presentation of a regular Fleet Feedback report with proper visualization leading to technical solutions and investment decisions
What You Bring
  • Degree in Engineering (preferably Mechanical or Materials)
  • Many years of experience in Technical Projects or Data Science
  • Preferably broad Knowledge of Gas Turbines operation and Blades & Vanes characteristics
  • Broad experience with software applications and databases
  • Solution-driven team player
