A Snapshot of Your Day

We are seeking a dedicated financial analyst for the Blades and Vanes Organization within the Gas Turbine team in North America. In this pivotal role, the successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring, reporting, and providing strategic recommendations to enhance the overall financial health of their designated area. We are looking for a well-rounded individual with exceptional data analysis skills who is eager to contribute and advance their career in Corporate Finance.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Conduct thorough analysis of Cost Center data to ensure effective financial control.
  • Monitor and manage accounts payable balances to maintain financial integrity.
  • Generate reports that facilitate KPI-driven improvements.
  • Analyze subcontract inventory data to optimize resource allocation.
  • Oversee customs and freight cost control, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance; equivalent experience will be considered. CPA, MSA, or MBA are preferred.
  • 2 - 5 years of progressive experience in Financial Planning & Analysis or Cost Accounting/Budgeting, with experience in budget development, costing, forecasting, cost center analysis, and variance analysis.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with technical counterparts to drive informed decisions in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong attention to detail with the capability to transform large volumes of data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Excel (ex. VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, SUMIF formulas); knowledge of SAP is advantageous.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively, ensuring deadlines are met with 100% accuracy.

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet
