Join a passionate team where you deliver expert technical support and engineering solutions for energy plants across Italy, Greece, and Malta. You’ll rotate through a 24/7 hotline service, tackling real-time challenges and resolving issues for up to 14 days each month. You actively design, modernize, and maintain SPPA-T3000 DCS systems, ensuring both new and existing installations run smoothly. Your day is filled with hands-on troubleshooting, system upgrades, and collaborative problem-solving with colleagues and customers. Imagine making a direct impact on the reliability and innovation of energy infrastructure, while growing your skills in a dynamic, supportive environment.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Provide expert customer support, troubleshooting, and resolve technical problems for energy plant control systems.
• Update system components by applying the latest firmware and security patches.
• Design and engineer tailored technical solutions for new and existing installations.
• Configure solution components and systems to meet specific customer needs.
• Prepare detailed design documentation to ensure clarity and precision in every project.

What You Bring

• You have at least 5 years of experience working with automation systems.
• Proficiency in PLC and DCS programming languages.
• Excellent knowledge of Italian and technical English; additional languages (French, Spanish, German) are an advantage.
• Strong orientation toward achieving objectives and delivering customer service. Initiative, autonomy, and ability to work effectively in a team.
• High willingness to travel, mainly within Italy, Greece and Malta.
