- Responsibility for the executive's travel expenses and, if applicable, for some members of the team

- Successfully completed commercial education
- Many years of relevant professional experience in the field of secretarial/team assistance at management level and in coordination with other secretariats
- Confident handling of and experience with management at all hierarchical levels, including board member levels internally and externally
- Very good knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Very good knowledge of travel booking and accounting as well as confident and friendly manner, ability to work in a team and a high sense of responsibility
- Result-oriented and self-reliant way of working as well as exceptional organizational skills
- Fluent written and spoken German and English
