As an Equipment Supervisor, you'll oversee daily schedules, coordinate with suppliers, ensure compliance with regulations, and maintain critical systems with precision. From managing preventive maintenance to supervising CAPEX and OPEX projects, your role is vital in keeping the factory's equipment rooms safe, clean, and efficient. You'll dive into technical challenges, inspect systems, review construction plans, and implement solutions—all while fostering a culture of safety and excellence. How You’ll Make an Impact
• Plan and manage the schedule of Electromechanical Team: Plan daily schedules, conduct toolbox meetings, and track task completion to ensure operational efficiency.
• Ensure Safety and Compliance: Supervise suppliers, enforce factory regulations, monitor construction progress, and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
• Maintain Critical Systems: Oversee inspections, maintenance, and cleaning of equipment rooms, while implementing fire, dust, and water prevention measures.
• Drive Project Success: Manage CAPEX and OPEX timelines, verify project documentation, and ensure proper acceptance procedures upon completion.
• Solve Technical Challenges: Identify equipment deficiencies, analyze processes, and provide solutions to improve mechanical and electrical systems.
What You Bring
• Professional Experience: At least 5 years in factory utility operations with Class C Indoor Wiring Technician and Class C Electrical Equipment Inspection Technician certifications.
• Technical Expertise: Familiarity with all running systems in a factory, strong engineering skills, and project management capabilities.
• Communication Skills: Effective communication and problem-solving abilities to lead teams and collaborate with vendors.
• Technology Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of computer tools like Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook, along with basic English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills.
• Decision-Making Skills: Ability to remain calm during emergencies, execute procedures, and troubleshoot issues effectively.
