Join Siemens Gamesa as a Working Student in Engineering Change Management (ECM), where you will contribute to the technical backbone of our change processes by helping ensure the accuracy, consistency, and traceability of product designs across our wind turbine portfolio. In this role, you will collaborate with an international team, support the evaluation and documentation of engineering changes, translate complex technical updates into clear and structured information, and help maintain high‑quality data within our PLM systems—all while gaining hands‑on experience in a dynamic, real‑world engineering environment.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Support the technical review, routing, and tracking of Engineering Change Notices (ECNs) to ensure changes are evaluated, approved, and implemented according to ECM standards.
- Contribute to the maintenance and enhancement of the ECNs dashboards and KPIs, performing data checks and supporting automation efforts to improve process visibility and reporting accuracy.
- Prepare and structure technical inputs for Implementation Boards, including agendas, decision logs, follow‑up actions, and change impact summaries that support efficient cross‑functional alignment.
- Collaborate on the improvement of ECM documentation, templates, and procedural guidelines, helping standardize best practices and strengthen process compliance across engineering teams.
What You Bring
- You are currently enrolled in an Engineering, Industrial Management, or related degree program.
- You possess strong attention to detail and the ability to work with structured data effectively.
- You have good organizational skills and can follow structured processes with ease.
- You communicate clearly and collaborate well with diverse stakeholders.
- You have experience with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and are comfortable working in an international environment with English proficiency.
About the Team
You will be part of a multidisciplinary international team within Wind Power Operations, focusing on Tower’s management. The team is dedicated to Product Configuration and Documentation based on technological designs, Change Management and supporting production with our Technical Office experts. This role offers a unique opportunity to learn and contribute across multiple disciplines.
