Handling non-conformities with suppliers, inspection follow-up, review and analysis of quality control documents, audits.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Perform quality control activities, monitoring intermediate and final inspections of electrical, rotative and large steel Fabrication equipment; analyze the results obtained and issue relevant documentation to ensure compliance with the required specifications and quality standards. Compatible qualifications required (registration with CREA).
- Experience in regulated industries, familiarity with ISO certifications (9001, 14001, 45001), and skills in quality processes, audits, problem-solving, efficiency programs, risk assessments, and CAPA
- Develop, distribute, and control inspection and testing plans.
- Lead the supplier approval process, carrying out activities to validate technical capacity.
- Contribute to the implementation of the quality management system and environmental management system, providing support to departments in the development of standards, procedures, and technical instructions to meet requirements. Monitor internal and external audits.
- Lead audits conducted by clients or certification bodies, assisting in the presentation of evidence to demonstrate compliance with the required standards.
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering with CREA registration (Mechanical, Materials, or Electrical Engineer).
- Fluent in English.
- SNCQ certification is desirable.
- Experience in the Oil and Gas industry.
- Contacts with: Suppliers, Clients, Managers, and internal company departments.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Availability for travel.
