A Snapshot of Your Day

For our design team within the electrical converter department, we are looking for a skilled and dedicated technical project manager with background as electrical engineer, with the responsibility for the qualification of second source components and converters. You will be working in a multinational team with designers in Denmark and worldwide for our offshore turbines.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Monitor information flow, including maintaining paper and electronic files
• Identifying potential second source components in close cooperation with the designers
• Contact and technical clarifications with potential suppliers
• Planning the validation and qualification of second source components
• Participating in the needed tests for qualification in test rigs in Denmark
• Participating in the commodity activities for the converters

What You Bring

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical engineering or relevant experience
• Awareness/experience in design of power converters. Ideally, you have worked in the Renewable energy industry in the past
• Capable of working in a Team with full English proficiency as well as independent work.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to conduct detailed failure analyses
• Determined and proactive approach
• Good communication and presentation skills
• The ability to express themselves clearly in written and spoken English
• You challenge yourself and your colleagues to achieve the best results. You have high professional competency with a desire to develop your skills. You have good collaboration skills, and you can manage to act in different cultural contexts.
