Join our dynamic team at Siemens Energy S.A as an Environment, Health and Safety Trainee. This is an exciting opportunity to learn the fundamentals of sales in the energy sector while working closely with experienced professionals. You will support the sales team in planning, coordination, and customer engagement activities, gaining hands-on experience in a global organization

What You´ll Learn and Do

Support the implementation and monitoring of Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) programs to ensure compliance with legal, corporate, and operational requirements. Develop practical EHS skills through hands-on involvement in inspections and audits, risk assessments, training and awareness campaigns, safety briefings, incident reporting and investigation, and environmental protection activities. Help maintain, monitor and analyses EHS records, logs, and performance indicators (KPIs)Assist with EHS procedures, checklists and forms. Maintain EHS databases, registers and SharePoint. Integrated management system by ISO 9001/14001 and 45001

What We’re Looking For

• Recent graduate or final-year student in Engineering and or science.
• Strong interest in EHS
• Proactiveness and teamwork skills
• Strong communication and English skills (spoken and written)
• Ability to follow procedures and instructions
• Willingness to learn
• Basic knowledge in MS word, excel and PowerPoint
