A Snapshot of Your Day
As a Digital Product Owner, you will take end-to-end ownership of a business-critical externally developed digital solution which enables daily progress reporting from offshore construction sites to meet customer & company internal reporting requirements. This role ensures the tool is effectively configured, adopted, and improved to meet project-specific requirements and strategic business needs. You’ll collaborate with multiple projects, external vendors, digitalization experts, and corporate IT to manage the lifecycle of the tool, enabling sustainable, resilient, and user-centric implementations.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Configure the tool to meet minimum requirements, project-specific and strategic needs
- Create and align solution specific development roadmap to actively shape its future based on business priorities and emerging needs.
- Ensure implementation of digital best practices, governance standards, and solution consistency across projects.
- Collect, clarify, document, and facilitate prioritization of business needs for digital tools.
- Estimate future solution-related needs and support budget planning to ensure proper allocation of IT resources.
- Deliver targeted training to project-specific users to drive adoption and ensure proper use of digital tools. And act as first-line support to resolve user issues effectively, escalating to technical teams in corporate IT or vendors as needed.
What You Bring
- Customer orientation and ownership attitude.
- You have a Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
- With a minimum of 3 years of experience in digital solution ownership or product management, you bring significant expertise to the role.
- Your strong communication skills enable you to engage effectively with both business and technical audiences.
- Experience in digital training and user onboarding is essential, and familiarity with system administration or configuration is an advantage.
- Experience working with third-party tools or SaaS platforms, and knowledge of existing progress reporting tools (e.g., Shoreline, LAUTEC) is a plus, enhancing your ability to contribute from day one.

You will be part of an international team of 11 full-time members and 9 student workers dedicated to delivering digital solutions for our offshore installation projects.
