- Serve as a trusted advisor and primary liaison between business units and the IT department, ensuring IT initiatives align with business priorities and objectives.
- Lead the implementation of AI-based solutions to optimize operations, enhancing decision-making and predictive capabilities across the organization.
- Use expertise in SAP or Salesforce Field Service Management systems to streamline and automate field service processes, ensuring seamless integration within the business units.
- Engage with function heads and key collaborators to gather requirements, provide updates, and foster strong relationships that build trust in IT initiatives.
- Drive digital transformation by identifying improvement opportunities and implementing innovative technologies that enhance operational effectiveness.
- Establish metrics to monitor the performance of digital solutions, regularly assessing their impact and making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Over 10 years of experience, including 3+ years as a Digital Business Partner with hands-on expertise in AI solutions and the Field Services ecosystem, along with 3+ years of global team management.
- Proven track record in implementing AI-based solutions to optimize operations and enhance decision-making processes.
- In-depth knowledge of SAP or Salesforce Field Service Management systems, focusing on process automation and seamless integration.
- Experience in driving digital transformation initiatives, contributing to IT strategy development, and establishing performance metrics to monitor the effectiveness of IT initiatives.
