Start your day by diving into the dynamic world of energy transformation, where the shift toward renewable energy generation is driving the need for innovative service concepts and products. Collaborate with strategic partners to find opportunities and design new business models, such as SaaS, profit sharing, and rental agreements, ensuring they are economically sound. Simultaneously, address the growing demand for extended life cycles in the existing conventional energy fleet by developing concepts for prolonging operations and maintenance. Engage in negotiations with manufacturers to establish new term-contract models and create flexible monetization strategies that cater to varying operational needs, from baseload to peaker operations. Each day brings the challenge of balancing innovation with critical thinking, making a tangible impact on the future of energy services.

How You’ll Make an Impact 
  • Actively drive controls service business, methods, solutions, concepts, and contractual standard descriptions within the controls and digitalization business area
  • Functional management as well as coordination a team of experts in the controls service portfolio
  • Be the go-to person for all controls service portfolio inquiries
  • Manage and update the portfolio roadmap for controls services, working closely with relevant parties and delivering periodic progress updates and financial reports
  • Support and renegotiate contractual relationships with suppliers
  • Identify and assess potential business opportunities, by conducting thorough analysis, assessing feasibility, and developing compelling proposals to showcase their value
  • Develop and maintain the controls service calculation guideline, including corresponding calculation rules
  • Collaborate and support Sales, Bid Management, and Engineering/Operations across functions and regions
What You Bring
  • A bachelor degree in computer science, engineering or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in Service/Portfolio Management for control systems, with a focus on lifecycle services and connected technology
  • Experience with Siemens SPPA-T3000, PCS7, and WinCC OA highly desired
  • Strong customer focus, with excellent organizational, communication, and documentation skills
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks based on business needs and energy trends, and manage multiple tasks and projects across global teams
  • Creativity and innovation in advancing sustainable service business, with a strong understanding of product lifecycle, contract management, and marketing strategy as well as fluent in English and German

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
