A snapshot of your day: The Competence Hub Europe (CH EU) Performance Reporting Analyst creates clear, reliable transparency on CH location performance across Business Areas and Functions. In this role, you will own and improve reporting for key CH Bucharest performance metrics and digitalization initiatives, partnering with the Competence Hub EU Lead, Process & Governance Manager, and support functions to turn data into actionable insights for decision-making. 

How You’ll Make an Impact: 

  • Monitor and analyze location performance indicators, including hiring, headcount growth, attrition, productivity, budget adherence, and overhead-related cost drivers. 
  • Prepare recurring and ad hoc dashboards, reports, and presentations that translate operational and financial data into clear leadership insights. 
  • Support operational financial processes, including allocation cycles, global-to-local implementations, consolidations, ICC charging, reposting, and cost/profit-center structures. 
  • Drive standardization, automation, and digitalization of reporting processes, including dashboards, data-quality routines, documentation, RPA, and AI-related initiatives. 
  • Provide transparency on CH-level cost, budget, SLA, hourly-rate, charging-mechanism, tax-concept, and financial-framework topics. 
  • Contribute to cross-Business Areas (BA) projects in CH EU and activities not covered by individual Business Areas, including project coordination and internal/external audit support. 
  • Maintain and continuously improve reporting standards, governance routines, and process documentation. 
  • Collaborate with CH leadership, BA representatives, Finance, HR, Operations, and Governance stakeholders to align reporting needs and drive outcomes. 
What You Bring: 
  • University degree in Finance, Business Administration, Controlling, Data Analytics, Economics, Engineering, or a related field. 
  • Min. 3-5 years of relevant experience in performance reporting, business controlling, finance, operations reporting, analytics, or a comparable corporate role. 
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to structure data, identify trends, and convert findings into management insights. 
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience with dashboards, business intelligence, reporting automation, or tools such as Power BI, SAC or Alteryx. 
  • Good understanding of performance metrics such as headcount, hiring pipeline, attrition, productivity, cost competitiveness, budget adherence, and operational KPIs. 
  • Understanding of controlling, budgeting, forecasting, SLA, charging, and hourly-rate concepts. 
  • Previous experience with SAP. High attention to detail, strong data-quality mindset, and ability to handle confidential information. 
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to prepare concise reports and presentations for different stakeholder levels
  • Proactive, structured, and solution-oriented working style, with the ability to manage recurring deadlines and ad hoc requests independently.
  • Ability to collaborate across functions, Business Areas, and locations in a matrix organization. 
  • Fluent English skills; additional language skills are an advantage.
