As a Commercial Project Manager (CPM), you co‑pilot with Project Managers all contractual, administrative, financial, tax‑related, and legal aspects of projects. You ensure the proper execution of turbine projects (services and new equipment) by securing profitability, risk control, and the overall performance of your portfolio.

How You’ll Make a difference

• Contractual & Commercial Management: Analyze and negotiate contracts and amendments, ensure that each stakeholder meets their contractual obligations, and monitor the invoice collection process
• Financial Steering: Establish and monitor budgets, margins, forecasts, and cash flow; analyze deviations, manage risks and opportunities, and ensure compliance with accounting, tax, and internal rules
• Project Execution Support: Support the Project Manager at every stage, from offer preparation through to the end of the warranty period; coordinate internal stakeholders to ensure compliant execution and actively contribute to achieving the company’s targets
• Administrative Management Book, monitor, and close projects in internal tools; set up bank guarantees and payment instruments and ensure data consistency
• Quality & Continuous Improvement: Ensure compliance with procedures, contribute to the development of tools and methods, and support the improvement of the organization

What You Bring 

• You hold a higher education degree in business, finance, or economics (Bachelor’s/Master’s)
• You are professionally fluent in English (written and spoken) and preferably another language
• You have strong knowledge of project execution processes, SAP, Excel, business analysis tools, and artificial intelligence solutions used to improve efficiency, analysis, and decision‑making
• You communicate effectively, deliver tasks on time, and demonstrate strong organizational skills
• You proactively anticipate potential obstacles and implement preventive actions to ensure transparent forecasting and reliable data
• You have an interest in working in international and multicultural teams
• You possess an entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for customer engagement
