The successful candidate will be responsible for managing, monitoring, reporting, and providing recommendations to enhance the financial health of the assigned project.  In addition, you’ll play a key role in ensuring Siemens Gamesa recovers maximum value from customer claims. You’ll work across departments to interpret contract terms, ensure regulatory compliance, and prepare supporting documentation. Using tools like SAP and Power BI you’ll analyze trends and identify opportunities to improve claim efficiency and revenue assurance. You’ll also support internal audits and contribute to process enhancements. This role offers a dynamic environment where analytical precision and cross-functional teamwork drive meaningful impact.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Own the financial health of assigned projects—monitoring, reporting, and forecasting with precision.
• Provide commercial insights that guide strategic decisions and improve project profitability.
• Interpret complex contract terms and ensure compliance with financial and regulatory standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize cost, revenue, and cash flow throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead the end-of-the-end process for customer tariff claims—data validation, documentation, compliance checks, and performance tracking.
• Analyze trends and identify opportunities to maximize claim recoveries and improve efficiency. Partner with operational and commercial teams to ensure timely, accurate submissions and resolve discrepancies.
• Support audits and contribute to process improvements that strengthen revenue assurance.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, economics, accounting, or related fields.
• Minimum 4 + years in Controlling or Finance functions.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles, internal controls, tax, controlling, forecasting, planning, reporting, financial instruments, and KPIs. Highly proficient in SAP and experienced with advanced digital analytics tools like Power BI & Power Query. Advanced skills with Microsoft Office. Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Fluent in English (written and verbal communication).
• Ability to interpret contracts and regulatory guidelines. Experience in finance, commercial operations, or claims management is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
