A Snapshot of Your Day

In this role, you spend your day driving the supplier non‑conformance cost (NCC) claim process from start to finish. You work closely with Supplier Quality, Procurement, Engineering, Finance, and Project management to collect evidence, validate costs, and ensure claims are properly raised and documented. A typical day involves reviewing new NCC cases, aligning with cross‑functional partners on recovery strategy, checking SAP data accuracy, updating claim progress, and troubleshooting any bottlenecks in the process. You also connect across business areas to maintain and refine claim procedures, ensuring consistency and clarity in how claims are executed globally.

How You’ll Make an Impact

·       Drive end-to-end supplier cost recovery for non-conforming costs.

·       Standardize and continuously improve claim procedures across multiple business areas.

·       Ensure accurate claim reporting and data integrity within SAP and related systems.

·       Coordinate with cross-functional teams to maintain an efficient and transparent claim workflow.

·       Identify process gaps and implement improvements to reduce complexity and cycle time.


What You Bring

·       Strong collaboration skills across functions and business areas.

·       Ability to map, simplify, and optimize processes.

·       Solid SAP experience (quality, procurement, or cost-related modules).

·       Structured reporting skills with high attention to detail and data accuracy.

·       Experience in Supplier Quality, Procurement, Finance, or Claims Management is a plus.

·       Willingness to travel internationally up to 20% during the first year, including Europe, the US, and Canada.

Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators.
