How You’ll Make an Impact

• Lead and deliver improvement projects that generate measurable business benefits.
• Champion Lean culture and best practice methods, inspiring teams to embrace change.
• Apply robust problem-solving tools and techniques to drive sustainable improvements.
• Build and design dashboards using Tableau and PowerApps, and work confidently with tools like Salesforce and SAP.
• Travel internationally up to 20% of your time to collaborate with global teams.

What You Bring

• A degree in Engineering or the sciences, with strong analytical skills.
• Recognised Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
• Proven ability to create data solutions using relational databases and analytics software, plus advanced MS Office skills.
• Passion for process improvement, data-driven results, and structured methodologies.
• Experience building relationships, leading project teams, managing conflict, and driving engagement.
• Exceptional organisational, communication, and presentation skills.
