A Snapshot of Your Day

In this key position, you will be responsible for developing, tracking, and driving pivotal initiatives within the region Southeast and Eastern Europe. You will work closely with the leadership team and report directly to regional management. You'll be encouraging a collaborative and agile work environment based on integrity and partnership.


How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Analyze market trends, customer requirements, competitive landscape, and identify business opportunities to support strategic planning.
  • Track and ensure the implementation of business development and efficiency measures to support strategic and operational targets.
  • Coordinate business and administrative processes, including document management.
  • Organize and coordinate internal strategy/planning meetings, including agenda preparation and follow-up on actions.
  • Support the leadership team through effective management of appointments, communication, and workshop planning.
  • Act as a reliable point of contact for internal and external partners while maintaining a high level of confidentiality and integrity.
  • Build and continuously expand the network across the organization.


What You Bring

  • A completed degree in business administration, engineering, or a related field.
  • Several years of experience in a similar role, ideally in project management or strategic planning. Alternatively, operational experience in power plant automation/digitalization.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (German is an advantage).
  • Ability to analyze complex information and prepare strategic decisions.
  • High level of responsibility, team spirit, and a proactive working style.

 

About the Team

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
