A Snapshot of Your Day

This role is an addition to the Global HR Solutions team, driven by the team's expanding responsibilities into artificial intelligence. The primary business aim is to lead and implement AI initiatives that leverage data from HR systems to enhance and optimize HR processes across the organization. To achieve this, the role is structured around three core areas: AI Solution Architecture & Strategy, which involves designing the blueprint for AI integration; Technical Implementation & Data Integration, focusing on the hands-on development and connection of these solutions; and Business Collaboration, ensuring the developed technologies meet the specific needs of HR stakeholders and deliver measurable process improvements. Given the focus on architecting and deploying advanced AI solutions, the ideal candidate will be a recognized expert in AI/ML and solution architecture, with substantial experience in a senior technical role. A deep understanding of HR systems, data flows, and experience communicating complex technical strategies to leadership are essential for success.

How You’ll Make an Impact
  • Design and document end-to-end, system-independent AI solution architectures for HR processes, incorporating both in-application and custom-built AI components as well as develop and establish operational plans and technical standards for AI initiatives within the HR systems landscape, in line with P5 expert-level responsibilities
  • Evaluate emerging AI technologies, platforms, and models to recommend and implement solutions that enhance HR process efficiency and employee experience
  • Lead the strategic planning for integrating data flows, AI agents, and information sources to create cohesive and scalable AI-driven HR solutions
  • Oversee the development, configuration, and deployment of AI models and agents, ensuring alignment with architectural designs and business requirements
  • Architect and manage the integration of AI solutions with existing HR systems and data platforms, ensuring seamless data flow and integrity
  • Define and implement the full systems development life cycle (SDLC) for AI applications, including automated testing, deployment, maintenance, and enhancement using CI/CD and DevOps principles
  • Collaborate with HR business partners and process owners to translate business needs into technical requirements and identify opportunities for AI-driven improvements as well as communicate complex technical concepts, project roadmaps, and strategic recommendations effectively to senior leadership and non-technical stakeholders
  • Analyze existing HR workflows to define how AI can be applied to optimize key processes, improve decision-making, and deliver tangible business value
What You Bring
  • Master's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Extensive professional experience as a Solution Architect or in a similar senior IT role, with a proven track record of designing and implementing enterprise-scale AI/ML solutions.
  • Recognized mastery in the professional discipline, with experience establishing operational plans and influencing functional results as expected at an Expert Professional (P5) level.
  • Experience in AI & Cloud Architecture like AI Solution Design, Microservices, Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services and RESTful API
  • Experience in Software Development & Integration like Python (Programming Language), SQL (Programming Language), Systems Development Life Cycle, DevOps and CI/CD
