A Snapshot of Your Day

As a UX Designer focused on data and analytics, you'll create intuitive digital experiences that help users make informed decisions. You'll partner with business stakeholders, developers, and data experts to turn complex challenges into simple and engaging solutions. Throughout the day, you'll research user needs, design prototypes, and test ideas with users. You'll help shape products that combine great design with meaningful insights. Your work will directly support Siemens Energy's mission to drive the energy transition.

  • Design user experiences that solve real customer and business challenges.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows using modern design tools.
  • Conduct user research and translate findings into actionable product requirements.
  • Partner with developers, analysts, and business teams to deliver user-centered solutions.
  • Advocate for user needs and support data-informed product decisions.


What You Bring

We're looking for someone with experience in UX design within an agency or in-house product environment, supported by a strong portfolio of work. You have experience conducting user research and creating user journeys, wireframes, and prototypes, and you're comfortable working in agile teams. You communicate effectively in English and enjoy collaborating with stakeholders from different disciplines.
It would be a plus if you have experience with analytics and visualization tools such as Tableau, Qlik, or Power BI, along with knowledge of SQL, APIs, or web technologies. Experience within the energy sector or another industrial environment is advantageous. Knowledge of German or an additional language is also welcomed.

Together, we solve complex challenges while keeping customer needs at the center of every decision. We work closely with stakeholders across the organization to deliver impactful digital products. Your ideas and expertise will help shape future digital products and services.
