TMR Coordinator – Power Transformers Manufacturing Excellence


A Snapshot of Your Day

As a TMR Coordinator at Siemens Energy, you will be part of a global research and development network, leveraging your manufacturing expertise to define, edit, and publish global Transformers Manufacturing Regulations (TMR).

You will collaborate with international teams to ensure consistency, quality, and compliance in manufacturing standards while driving continuous improvement initiatives across the product lifecycle—from raw material handling to commissioning at customer sites.

This is a dynamic and future-oriented role where you will help shape global manufacturing practices and contribute directly to innovation in transformer production.


How You’ll Make an Impact (Example of activities)

  • Define the professional and technical skill requirements needed to strengthen team performance and capabilities.
  • Lead cross-functional discussions with production specialists, engineering teams, and management to prioritize TMR development and updates.
  • Collaborate with global manufacturing experts to create standardized and globally accepted documentation.
  • Translate complex technical standards and regulations into practical, applicable manufacturing guidelines.
  • Identify and implement cost optimization opportunities while maintaining the highest standards of quality and reliability.
  • Support prototype development and execution of new manufacturing processes in internal and external labs and production environments.

What You Bring

  • Extensive professional experience in the power transformers industry.
  • Deep knowledge of transformer manufacturing processes and production techniques.
  • Strong understanding of quality and safety standards related to manufacturing.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal) to collaborate globally.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional and international teams.
  • Analytical mindset with a strong focus on continuous improvement and standardization.
