- Lead the transformation of Manufacturing Technology into a lean, focused process governance and coordination function at the global level.
- Define and continuously evolve the future state of Blade manufacturing processes and technologies, aligned with OP B strategy and the Factory Centric Model.
- Own and chair global MT governance forums, ensuring clear decision rights, prioritization, and alignment across factories, Technology, Mold Management, and Projects.
- Establish a structured framework for standardization, deviations, and local adaptations, ensuring factory empowerment while safeguarding global process integrity.
- Collaborate with plant managers and engineering teams to resolve technical challenges and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Oversee the implementation of strategic projects, processes, and equipment at plant level, ensuring industrial readiness and sustainable handover to plants.
- Manage the integration and alignment of Core Process Areas (CPA 1–7), ensuring overlap and collaboration between MT, factories, and local production teams.
- Work with global and plant-level teams to ensure smooth decentralization of functions while maintaining global standards.
- Partner with Technology and Innovation Groups to industrialize new manufacturing technologies and automation solutions from concept to stable factory deployment.
- Support the development of new organizational roles and structures, ensuring clear accountability and effective handover of responsibilities
- Strategic thinking with the ability to translate global initiatives into actionable plant-level solutions.
- Problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and mitigate risks in processes and projects.
- Ability to drive change and influence multiple stakeholders across geographies.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills; able to connect, influence, and inspire stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- Fluency in English; additional languages an asset.
