A Snapshot of Your Day

Manufacturing Technology (MT) is a global enabling function within Operations Blades (OP B), safeguarding and evolving Blade manufacturing through strong process governance, technology leadership, and project execution.
MT defines how manufacturing processes, equipment, tooling, and technologies are standardized and applied across the Blade factory network, acting as the global owner of manufacturing process guardrails.

Positioned between strategic development and factory execution, MT bridges future manufacturing capabilities with today’s operations, ensuring efficient and consistent transfer into factories in line with the Factory Centric Model.

In close collaboration with Technology and core manufacturing experts, MT enables factories to deliver strategic projects—including equipment implementation, tooling industrialization, and footprint extensions—while ensuring SQDC performance

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Lead the transformation of Manufacturing Technology into a lean, focused process governance and coordination function at the global level.
  • Define and continuously evolve the future state of Blade manufacturing processes and technologies, aligned with OP B strategy and the Factory Centric Model.
  • Own and chair global MT governance forums, ensuring clear decision rights, prioritization, and alignment across factories, Technology, Mold Management, and Projects.
  • Establish a structured framework for standardization, deviations, and local adaptations, ensuring factory empowerment while safeguarding global process integrity.
  • Collaborate with plant managers and engineering teams to resolve technical challenges and drive continuous improvement initiatives
  • Oversee the implementation of strategic projects, processes, and equipment at plant level, ensuring industrial readiness and sustainable handover to plants.
  • Manage the integration and alignment of Core Process Areas (CPA 1–7), ensuring overlap and collaboration between MT, factories, and local production teams.
  • Work with global and plant-level teams to ensure smooth decentralization of functions while maintaining global standards.
  • Partner with Technology and Innovation Groups to industrialize new manufacturing technologies and automation solutions from concept to stable factory deployment.
  • Support the development of new organizational roles and structures, ensuring clear accountability and effective handover of responsibilities

What You Bring

  • Strategic thinking with the ability to translate global initiatives into actionable plant-level solutions.
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and mitigate risks in processes and projects.
  • Ability to drive change and influence multiple stakeholders across geographies.
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills; able to connect, influence, and inspire stakeholders at all organizational levels.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages an asset.
