- Professional leadership of a team of approximately 15 heat transfer design and analysis engineers for blades and vanes development, with a strong emphasis on drive, innovation, and high performance
- Creation of an inclusive and collaborative team culture that enables all members to contribute to their full potential
- Enablement of organizational growth and individual development through multi‑skilling, training, task assignments, and proactive opportunity creation
- Assurance of operational excellence through quality, on‑time delivery, and thermal efficiency of turbine blades and vanes to meet project and operational targets
- Cross‑organizational collaboration with turbine discipline teams, the technology department, and manufacturing to ensure aligned development and integration of new features, tools, and methods
- Driving of continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes, tools, and methodologies within the team
- Possession of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent in engineering and a minimum of ten years of professional experience, with preference for a master’s degree
- Preferred background in gas turbine design and deep understanding of gas turbine design activities, including strong knowledge of heat transfer fundamentals
- Proven leadership experience combined with strategic thinking focused on execution, excellence, and team performance
- Strength in communication, intercultural awareness, and presentation skills
- Demonstration of a proactive mindset supported by analytical and organizational abilities, including effective communication of expertise for networking and change management
- Availability for domestic and international travel
