Are you ready to shape our financial strategies and drive impactful decisions? As a Financial Business Partner for Controls and Digitalization, you'll be at the heart of our dynamic team, focusing on forecasting, budgeting, controlling, accounting administration activities and supporting the business. But that's not all! You'll dive deep into understanding "the business" to provide invaluable insights and analysis to support business decisions.

Your expertise will be key to monitoring financial performance, spotting areas for improvement, and fostering communication across our organization, both locally and globally. Together, we'll enhance operational efficiency. It’s a plus if you have a passion for improving financial processes or automating reports.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Forecasting and Budgeting: Prepare budget, forecasts and reports and conduct financial analysis to steer business decisions
  • Variance Analysis: Review, analyze, and comment on variances and provide insights and recommendations to support financial planning and decision-making
  • Closing activities: Participate in month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring all financial data is accurately recorded and reported
  • Accounting administration: Manage billing towards projects and headquarters, ensuring accuracy and timely submission
  • Collaborate closely with various technical and commercial partners, both in local and global organizations
What You Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, accounting, finance, economics, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in the financial controlling field.
  • Excellent MS Office skills and SAP knowledge.
  • Proficient in spoken and written Hungarian and English; basic German is a plus.
  • A willingness to learn about Business Intelligence Tools - Power BI, SAC, Alteryx.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a growth mindset with a focus on solutions in a dynamic international environment.

About the team
Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
