How You’ll Make an Impact
- Forecasting and Budgeting: Prepare budget, forecasts and reports and conduct financial analysis to steer business decisions
- Variance Analysis: Review, analyze, and comment on variances and provide insights and recommendations to support financial planning and decision-making
- Closing activities: Participate in month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring all financial data is accurately recorded and reported
- Accounting administration: Manage billing towards projects and headquarters, ensuring accuracy and timely submission
- Collaborate closely with various technical and commercial partners, both in local and global organizations
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, accounting, finance, economics, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in the financial controlling field.
- Excellent MS Office skills and SAP knowledge.
- Proficient in spoken and written Hungarian and English; basic German is a plus.
- A willingness to learn about Business Intelligence Tools - Power BI, SAC, Alteryx.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a growth mindset with a focus on solutions in a dynamic international environment.
