A Snapshot of Your Day
As a service bid manager, you will collaborate with our regional and global sales teams to understand the competitive landscape, customer requirements and market conditions and prepare service bids for the Siemens process control system Omnivise T3000 accordingly. You will continuously work to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

How You’ll Make an Impact
● Preparation of Technical and Commercial service proposals
● Provide administrative, technical and commercial support to Sales team
● Work to create and develop scope of proposals together with other departments and entities.
● Request and receive pricing from affiliate vendors to support proposals
● Engagement and collaboration with other departments and entities to handle orders
● Participate in process improvement activities
● To always represent the organization in a professional manner, both internally and externally
● To follow the published processes and comply with all company policies and procedures
What You Bring
● Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related.
● Knowledge of process control systems preferably Siemens Energy Omnivise T3000
● Working knowledge of sales cycles and processes
● Previous Experience with complex tender compilation/preparation
● Strong Business Acumen and Commercial sense
● Experience of MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint, Access) is essential
● Methodical with a high level of attention to detail
● Strong work ethic and commitment to succeed
● Good interpersonal skills and a strong team player
● Effective communication skills
● It is preferred to have experience of working in a Sales team
● Experience in working with Sales calculations
