Sobre a função
As a Senior Technical Support professional, your day centers around solving complex, high-impact technical challenges that ensure uninterrupted customer operations. You’ll lead investigations into critical product issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver sustainable solutions while acting as a senior escalation point across the APAC region. Your work directly improves customer experience and product reliability, while also shaping internal best practices through knowledge sharing and process improvements. You’ll be part of a collaborative, high-performing team culture where mentorship, continuous learning, and technical excellence are valued every day.
How You’ll Make an Impact
• Lead the diagnosis and resolution of complex, high-severity product issues, ensuring minimal disruption to customers
• Serve as the senior escalation point for challenging technical cases across the Asia Pacific region
• Collaborate with R&D and engineering teams to identify root causes and implement long-term product improvements
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, knowledge base articles, and service bulletins to strengthen support efficiency
• Analyze support case trends to drive data-informed improvements in product performance and support workflows
• Mentor and coach junior engineers, fostering technical growth and strengthening overall team capability
What You Bring
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related field) with solid understanding of systems, troubleshooting, and quality processes
• Proven experience (5–8 years) in technical support, field service, or systems engineering within high-tech environments
• Strong analytical mindset with a passion for solving complex technical problems independently and systematically
• Ability to influence and collaborate across teams while communicating complex technical concepts effectively
• Demonstrated commitment to knowledge sharing, continuous improvement, and operational excellence
• Experience mentoring or coaching others, with a genuine interest in developing team capability
About the Team
Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
