Building smart, low-code applications that reshape how 30+ manufacturing factories operate every day sounds like a great deal? As part of Siemens Energy's Grid Technologies team, you'll design and deploy end-to-end Mendix solutions that turn complex business needs into intuitive digital tools across production, sales, and quality domains. As Senior Mendix Developer (f/m/d) you will collaborate with stakeholders worldwide, use best practices, and grow a network of Mendix developers to scale your solutions globally. How You’ll Make an Impact 

• Development of full-scale Mendix applications using Mendix Studio Pro; from domain modeling and microflow logic to UI/UX design to ensure security, performance, and scalability across a global manufacturing network
• Integration of enterprise systems such as SAP and AWS by building reliable RESTful API connections and web services that keep critical business processes running seamlessly
• Leading digital transformation initiatives by converting existing visualization tools into fully functional smart applications, applying the organization's digitalization methodology to automate manual workflows and optimize process chains
• Partnering with business units across 30+ factories to define requirements, manage stakeholder expectations, and translate operational needs into scalable low-code solutions with measurable impact
• Building and nurturing a global Mendix developer community within Grid Technologies factories, acting as a role model for best practices and supporting the full software development lifecycle from testing through to deployment and enhancement

What You Bring

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related technical field
• Many Years of hands-on experience in Mendix development, a Mendix Expert Developer Certification is a plus
• Many years of experience deploying applications in large, international manufacturing or enterprise environments, with solid knowledge of Java, SQL, domain modeling, and UI/UX design principles
• Strong enterprise integration skills, including RESTful APIs, AWS, and SAP connectivity, along with a working understanding of data modeling and systems development lifecycle
• Experience working in agile environments with confidence in stakeholder management, strategic planning, and problem-solving across cross-functional, globally distributed teams
• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in German is a strong advantage
