How You’ll Make an Impact

• Lead and inspire the local purchasing team, guiding both tactical and strategic procurement activities.
• Ensure materials and services are delivered on time and in line with agreements, supporting seamless business operations.
• Collaborate with Siemens Energy’s global purchasing organization to optimize strategies, processes, and resources for regional needs.
• Drive continuous improvement in purchasing processes, ensuring compliance and effective system support.
• Represent procurement in all SE AB matters, lead cross-functional forums, and manage supplier relationships for local and regional suppliers.

What You Bring

• You have a relevant university degree and several years of experience as a manager, with a passion for developing your leadership skills.
• You are skilled at leading process development and optimization initiatives.
• You bring strong commercial knowledge and experience as a purchaser, supporting your team in complex negotiations.
• You are driven, communicative, and confident, with the ability to motivate and engage others in all situations.
• You are fluent in both Swedish and English, spoken and written.

About the Team

You’ll join a dedicated procurement team at Siemens Energy AB, working closely with colleagues across departments and global partners. The team’s mission is to ensure the seamless supply of indirect materials and services, supporting every aspect of our business operations. By fostering collaboration and open communication, the team drives continuous improvement and delivers value through strategic sourcing and supplier management. You’ll be part of a supportive environment where your expertise and leadership are valued, and where you can make a tangible difference every day.

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
