A Snapshot of Your Day

As an Order Management Steward, you will efficiently and effectively be handling orders within SAP system, scheduling of deadlines, and streamlining logistics management for our high voltage switchgear products.

How You will Make an Impact
  • Creating and releasing orders in SAP
  • Creating order confirmations in SAP
  • Data entry in IT tools relevant for order processing (mainly SAP)
  • Clarification and updating in case of delivery date changes from factory or customer side 
  • Tracking order confirmations
  • Tracking delivery dates and logistic milestones
  • Checking, gathering, summarizing and forwarding the delivery documentation
  • Requesting and following up delivery documentation of sub-suppliers
  • Coordinating and communicating all deadlines and information with transportation and processing service providers for the entire logistics process, in order to ensure trouble-free and cost-effective shipping and document flow.
  • Oversee container tracking and shipping coordination, ensuring seamless collaboration with logistics partners for timely and cost-effective deliveries
  • Actively participate in the optimization of processes
What You Bring
  • Around 2-3 years of experience in order processing and working with SAP 
  • Basic understanding of technology and of manufacturing processes, MS-Office
  • Professional with good written and oral communication skills, structured way of working, quality consciousness, ability to work in a team, distinct self-organization
  • Experience in international cooperation
  • English business fluent; German language is nice to have
  • Availability to work from our Bucharest office 3 days per week, with 2 days remote
